Topic:  Boundaries, Burnout, and Self-Care: Survival Skills for the Social Work Student.  Presented by: Jen LaCarriere, J.D., LMSW.  During this presentation participants will:  1. Have a deeper understanding of the NASW Code of Ethics and be able to explain how to apply professional boundaries and self-care.  2. Identify warning signs of burnout, compassion fatigue, and secondary trauma in students.  3. Discuss ethical challenges faced when dual relationships, social media, and boundaries in the workplace.  4. Explore ways a student can develop a personal self-care and professional boundaries plan.   1.00 Ethical CEU hour.  Pre-registration is required to be awarded CEU credit.
