LA26PDW21:  How Core Beliefs Shape Identity.  This session explores how core beliefs, formed in childhood and through life experiences, influence thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Participants will learn to identify limiting or maladaptive beliefs, understand their impact on relationships and decision-making, and apply strategies to reframe and shift beliefs toward healthier, more empowering patterns.
